This unit opens via a manual worm gear mechanism and comes complete with a 2m operating rod.

Brett Martin Glass Fixed Manual Hinged rooflight to suit a builders timber kerb. Beautifully designed contemporary double glazed laminated glass rooflight combines minimal framework with the benefit of being able to open for ventilation.

The above unit is supplied with a 100mm white PVC DF kerb to allow the unit to fit directly to a reccomended 75mm wide builders kerb. The sizes above are external weathered kerb sizes, clearlight size will be less 150mm.

The Mardome Glass Trade top only unit is designed to suit a builders kerb, the critical dimension is the overall weathered kerb size.  If your external kerb measures 600mm x 600mm then you will order the corresponding 600mm x 600mm unit.
