The Coxdome Flat Glass skylight range distinguishes itself from most other modular units by the uninterrupted glass surface which offers pure natural daylight and clear panoramic views internally whilst providing a clean appearance in the external roof scape. The aluminium frame profile is slim and isolated internally for thermal performance. The toughened outer glass pane has ceramic edge coating for a stylish finish.
Delivery to mainland UK only in approximately 1 - 3 working days on all units except 2000 x 1000 mm which will be delivered in 5 - 6 working weeks

The Coxdome Flat Glass skylight range distinguishes itself from most other modular units by the uninterrupted glass surface which offers pure natural daylight and clear panoramic views internally whilst providing a clean appearance in the external roof scape. The aluminium frame profile is slim and isolated internally for thermal performance. The toughened outer glass pane has ceramic edge coating for a stylish finish.
Designed to be installed on to a new or existing timber kerb with a horizontal 50mm wide flat kerb top. The flat glass skylight comes complete with fixing screws which once installed are fully concealed beneath a flush cover creating a sleek and tidy external appearance. Please note, your existing or new timber kerb is required to be at least 150mm high from the finished roof level to comply with building regulations and can be installed on a pitch of no more than 7°.
Please note – Due to the weight of these units the delivery driver will require assistance with offloading. Please ensure there will be sufficient manpower to receive delivery and to offload from the vehicle safely. Delivery is to kerb side only. We will advise the specific delivery day before the goods leave the factory.

Things you may need to know before purchase
· Minimum Glass specification – 6mm toughened external with black ceramic print / 15mm argon filled cavity / 8.4mm laminated Low E glass.
Please contact us if you require the specific glass specification for your chosen size as the glass specification will in increased as the size increases.
· U Value – 1.0 W/m²K centre pane.
· Sound insulation (Rw) – 35 dB.
· Frame Colour – Polyester powder coated slate grey (RAL 7015) aluminium.
· Designed to be fitted to a new or existing 50mm wide timber kerb.
