This Lunaglaze unit comes complete with a 240V electric chain actuator and is designed to suit a builders kerb which means its the perfect choice if you need a cost effective electric glass rooflight to retrofit to an existing kerb. The unit is supplied with a switch to operate and a fully sealed double glazed unit.

Things you may need to know before purchase

- Clear Glazing

- Double Glazed 6mm toughened Outer, 8.8mm Laminated inner, clear glazing with PVC Frame and PVC50mm vertical Subframe

- Combined unit U-Value 1.26W/m²;K

- It is reccomended that these units are fitted between 5-15°; pitch to avoid water ponding on the rooflight

Rooflights & Skylights offer a 5 year warranty from the date of purchase against the effects of defective design, materials or construction.  All other items such as kerbs, ventilation systems, electrical components and other accessories are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase.
