Ceilings too high for a manually hinged rooflight? Not a problem with the Lunaglaze electric hinged unit complete with 150mm high vertical PVC upstand. Unit comprises 234V 400mm chain actuator operable via supplied switch. Complete with a fully welded aluminium frame and sealed double glazed unit, this unit is aesthetically pleasing without breaking the bank.

All wiring and controls by others.

Things you may need to know before purchase

- Clear Glazing

- Double Glazed 6mm toughened Outer, 8.8mm Laminated inner, clear glazing with PVC Frame and PVC50mm vertical Subframe

- Combined unit U-Value 1.26W/m²;K

- It is reccomended that these units are fitted between 5-15°; pitch to avoid water ponding on the rooflight
