When a product is delivered please check the item thoroughly before signing for the unit, once it is signed for it is assumed that the unit is not damaged and in good condition.  If the unit is found to be damaged/have a fault please report it to us within 2 days.

Items which have been reported damaged will be collected at our cost however if you simply wish to return the unit we reserve the right to ask for the unit to be returned at your cost.

A restocking charge will be applied to any units returned to cover additional admin.
