The Brett Martin Flat Glass Roof Access hatch is electrically operated for safe, easy access to flat roof spaces. It is designed to provide access from the roof as well as assisting with better ventilation. It is also great at harnessing natural light in places where it would otherwise be difficult to provide.
Unit supplied with 24V tandem actuators and a 300mm splayed PVC kerb.
The unit is supplied with an Anthracite Grey or Black frame made from powder coated aluminium and laminated, double glazed glass as standard.
