The Brett Martin Fixed Glass rooflight is a sleek and cost effective option when looking to install an electrically hinged glass rooflight to an existing builders kerb. Fully manufactured in the UK this quality glass rooflight is available in as little 5 days.

Simple to install whilst still offering an elegant look this rooflight is sure to impress both the homeowner and installer.

This unit opens via a mains powered electric actuator and comes complete with wall switch as standard.

The above unit is supplied with a 100mm white PVC DF kerb to allow the unit to fit directly to a reccomended 75mm wide builders kerb. The sizes above are external weathered kerb sizes, clearlight size will be less 150mm.

Please note remote controls are linked to the unit in the factory and cannot be added/replaced at a later date.

The Brett Martin Flat Glass top only unit is designed to suit a builders kerb, the critical dimension is the overall weathered kerb size. If your external kerb measures 600mm x 600mm then you will order the corresponding 600mm x 600mm unit.

Opening Vents should not be opened or left open in wet or windy conditions. Brett Martin recommend the use of Rain sensors with Opening Vents.

Powered opening rooflights are not suitable for use in conditions at risk of high humidity (e.g. domestic bathrooms).
