This unit opens via a manual worm gear mechanism and comes complete with a 1m operating rod.

The Brett Martin Flat Glass manual hinged rooflight with a splayed PVC kerb. Beautifully designed contemporary double glazed laminated glass rooflight combines minimal framework with the benefit of being able to open for ventilation.

Highly secure with P4A class resistance to burglary and vandalism (P4A to EN356)
