Ceilings too high for a manually hinged rooflight? Not a problem with the Lunaglaze grey electric hinged unit. Unit comprises 234V 400mm chain actuator operable via switch (optional extra). This unit comes complete with a 150mm high PVC kerb for a quick and easy installation.

- It is reccomended that these units are fitted between 5-15°; pitch to avoid water ponding on the rooflight
