The R&S Flat Glass Manual Hinge Rooflight with PVC kerb combines affordability with outstanding specification. When ventilation is required but budget is still a consideration this manually opening glass rooflight is a great option. Supplied with a free of charge winding rod this unit opens to around 200mm for ventilation only.

This unit can be supplied with various different glass finishes to suit every application. If Privacy is required, we offer Stippolyte glass which has a dappled appearance much like a bathroom window, if a greater level of privacy is needed the Satin glass has a white laminate layer which still allows light through but offers high concealment of the room below.

Worried about dirt and debris build up on your new rooflight? Our Easy Clean coating reduces cleaning time and frequency. This option is only available with clear, Solar Control and Grey glass options and we recommend a minimum pitch of 10° for maximum effectiveness.

We also offer this Flat Glass Rooflight with Solar Control glass, the purpose of which is to reduce Solar Gain whilst maintaining light transmission. Using this glass creates a comfortable internal environment and helps avoid unwanted heat build-up in the room below.

The R&S Glass rooflights with PVC Kerb comes complete with an ingetral roof membraine clip which provides a clean external finish.

Delivery will be approximately 5 working days for units with clear glass & no easy clean coating

Increased Lead Time - All other glass options and easy clean coating will be delivered in approximately 10 -15 working days

Off-loading is the responsibility of the buyer.

These units are supplied with a PVC Kerb that is designed to fit directly to the roof deck, simply order the size which corresponds with your structural opening size.
